Great game with occasionally buggy controls – LOST MAZE Review

Bit of a slow start, the first few levels are just showing you the ropes, then things get more complicated. A good variety of challenges once you make it through the first two worlds. Nice puzzles, not unreasonably frustrating but make me pause to think. Cute graphics, characters, and concept. About 85% puzzle and 15% strategic timing. It looks like most of the low ratings are because of the energy bar system or because you have to watch ads to get perks. You only have to watch 5 seconds of ad before skipping, and you can get through 8-12 levels without pausing depending on what character you have, then you can play another in 10 minutes. Getting 24 hrs of energy is only 99 cents, and you could potentially finish the whole game in that time. There are NO ads during gameplay that distract, make it lag, or crash it, unlike most free games now. That is 100% reasonable and I certainly prefer it to in-game ads. People need to stop acting like spoiled brats about free games. The *actual* problem here is that the pause button, which you need to time well on many levels, is small and sometimes laggy, so I'll often die 5 times on a time-sensitive level just because when I hit pause, it won't pause. Please fix this, it's starting to get really annoying.
