Took my money, didn't get game – Preschool & Kindergarten learning kids games free Review

I downloaded this app to try and my daughter loved it. I decided to purchase it for $9.99. The money was taken out of my account right away, but I still only have access to the limited app. I'm beyond frustrated. At this point I just want a refund.
