Best photo editor – Photoshop Express Photo Editor Review

You can adjust the shadows or highlights, you can colorize, switch to b&w, crop, enlarge, everything I ever need. I would love a tool to burn a single area darker rather than lighten/darken the whole image. For ex: Picture of people where 1 has too much sunlight on their while shirt. You could darken just the shirt.
