Lost my pictures!! – Secret Photo Calculator Plus Review

At first I thought this app was amazing and fell in love with it. I even had a monthly subscription going because I loved it that much. UNTIL I had to get a new phone and download the app again! The app is supposed to back everything up on a cloud for safe keeping in case anything happened to your phone. And when I tried getting my pictures back, I only got back about 200 out of a 1000+ pictures! I am so angry! I even tried to contact the app makers but received no response! This is really upsetting because I lost my memorable moments. So just to let you guys know, the app works great overall, but it will not keep your pictures if something happens to your phone. So you better have a backup plan. I wish I did. I am very disappointed!
