Customer Support does not listen! – Samurai Siege: Alliance Wars Review
The custom service team does not listen to the actual complaints of players. The game seems more and more focused on servicing the top 300-500 players who spent the most money on the game. Maybe if the Devs were in better contact with Customer Support and the complaints of players, the game would not be going downhill. I am going to have to consider retiring from the game because the favoritism so so obvious and unbalanced. They won't even reward us players with a statue as is normal for Legends of War.
