Zero stars – ELECOM Browser FREE (blue light cut filter) Review

Does anyone know how I can give this zero stars and still write a review? One star would suggest that it is crappy. Zero stars would be if it doesn't exist I guess. And guess what...it doesn't exist. It isn't a functioning app. It's an advertisement and that's it. Don't even waste your time to download it.
