A nice change of pace – Tomb of the Mask Review

First and foremost, the games audio is GREAT! It reminds me of the good ol' days when I could spend hours on a single simplistic arcade machine. Secondly the game runs smooth and is unique. Super easy to pick up how to play and it won't take you too long to master the movement and get faster and faster. I could see spending close to an hour total into this game before I would delete it simply because it will get tiring and when it does I will never want to pick it up again because it's essentially the same game every time you press replay after a death. It's nice how there is a leveling up process because that's what keeps players playing, and the shop has a good amount of items to buy with in game cash. ANOTHER feature which really can't be said about many games on the App Store, and that is the game doesn't try to push ads down your throat. You get the option to watch a 30 second clip when you die for a revive and it also can be used to gain a good chunk of in game coins to prevent yourself from slowly grinding your way to one item in the store by attempting to play the game without watching ads. All in all I would rate this app 3.5/5 it's not a bad app it just could use some more complexity to prevent myself from playing the same game over and over again.
