Good now but a step back – Word Search + Review

Here is what I wrote previously but that ha changed. I have had this for awhile. Enjoyed it but there were some things that were recently fixed that have made it much better. Now and the the app would just quit. Fixed. Words were not being updated and the game was starting to feel stale. Fixed and new categories as well. All too often it sensed I was pushing a different letter making it all too sensitive for a guy with big fingers. Fixed. New snappier appearance helped too. Now we have been taken a step back. Didn't have to put up with the full screen advertisement junk before. But for a free app you have to put up with something. The thing that is really bad is that I have all sound turned off and volume set 0 but when the ads come up they play their obnoxious sound which in some environments is embarrassingly inappropriate. I want to hear other alerts but no game sounds. Every time this happens I quit the game. The timer to force you to watch the ad is equally unacceptable.
