Was amazing – Grades for Parents and Students Review

I loved this app last year when my son started high school. It allowed me to see his grades, assignments and have a good grasp on what was going on. This school year has started but all I get are communication errors anytime I try and refresh or sign in. I haven't yet been able to see any of his new classes or assignments. I tried using the help email the app offers but after almost a week no one replied. I just sent a second follow up that, hopefully, won't be overlooked and fix my issues.
