Honestly, I have NO IDEA how I should rate this app, YET – Emoji - Keyboard Review

I downloaded Emoji Keyboard about 6 months ago, but never got a chance to play around in the app, itself, up until 10 minutes ago. I'll go ahead & give it 3 stars, based on what I've experienced, so far ....I have nothing bad to say, except that it's super annoying how it repetitively asks you to rate the app!! When you select No/Remind Me Later ....call me crazy, but I thought that meant it *shouldn't be asking me again, for a little while, at least?? But no, every time I tried to press a button, it asked me again & again & again & again & again & again & again & .....Now, HERE we are! Lol Thanks for the emojis, but fix that little glitch, please?!
