Poor service, app doesn't function fully – Flixster Video Review

This company thinks if it works on your iPhone or tablet it's fine, but I'm more than disappointed in that it won't work on either of my smart tv's or my new Amazon Fire box. Loading errors are the only thing that pops up. Also, when I try to watch my digital copies, theyfreeze up A LOT and buffer A LOT (and that IS on my phone and tablet). In the beginning their ultraviolet copies allowed you to pick iTunes copy versions as well and they are slowly taking that option away. Sad since their service doesn't allow you to actually watch your purchased copies on your tv or in the expected quality. I've been emailing flixter back and forth on this issue and I get no where, except being told I should watch my movie on my phone and enjoy their product. No reply on fixing the problem. My last email didn't even receive a response. I liked this app in the beginning, but it's very disappointing now. Seeing movie showtimes, reviews, and rotten tomatoes reviews are cool, but there are other apps out there that do this too and I'll be looking at them for better alternatives. Also if you want a digital copy, just get on iTunes, great quality, ease of use and you get extra features to boot = superior service.
