Walk-Ins Increase Your Wait – Great Clips Online Check-in Review

The last couple of times I've arrived early and waited outside in my car (having 10 mins more to wait). Then I watch as people walk in and my wait time increases on the app. This is not like making an appointment. It seems like it was not functioning like this in the past. Today I went from a 10 min wait to nearly 30 minute wait.
