App won't work. – Ringtone Maker - Make free ringtones from your music! Review

I successfully set the song and ringtone duration. But when it was time to download the tone and set it nothing would work. If I pressed the help button it said I was forbidden to access the website. I can't find anyone with a solution to the problem and obviously can't see the website for help. I don't recommend this app to anyone and I'm currently looking for another way to make ringtones.
