Transfer Problems – SHAREit: Transfer, Share Files Review

I cannot transfer nor receive files from my iphone to other mobile and it's kinda sad because this is the only that allows me to share files to the persons I know. Other phones couldn't even sense or find my shareit account. Kindly fix this problem so I could be able to use this app properly. Thank you so much! ???
