Not seller friendly – Totspot: Buy & Sell Clothes Review

I've been using totspot for about a year and they keep changing the app to be more buyer friendly and to flat or screw the seller. It's all about totspot making money themselves. They keep 20%, impossible to price items cheap to sell, you'll make nothing. Seller is responsible for shipping cost over 2 lbs. Someone can buy 100 items out of my closest and they will only pay $4.99 for shipping! A new change a couple months ago was bundle shipping rates.. Buyer can buy up to 3 items 13oz or less and still only pay for 1 13oz item for 3.99. Use to be once you bought 2 items it bumped up to the 6.99 shipping. Rarely are even 2 items under 13oz. Yet again seller responsible for shipping. Now starting Aug 1st seller will be charged $1 for items that sell for under $5 to off set increased usps shipping rates. Why can't they (totspot) update rates!?!? To top off customer service is awful!
