Ok App! – Black and White - BW filter Photo Editor for B&W Film Emulator Effect for Instagram Review

I like the app but would like more presets! I paid the $2.99 to unlock all features and did a 5 star to receive an additional 30+ features and received nothing. It's a ok app but nothing spectacular. I'm leaving the 5 star in hopes I will receive my 30+ features like promised!
