Crashes, no customer support – Just Dance Now Review

The app all of a sudden started to show the error message: update the song library. Tried to uninstall it and reinstall it refresh it nothing works. Try to contact customer support, there is no phone support. They say there is a chat support. Had to create their account to do that, after that got the message that the chat is not available. Are you kidding me? I've got the annual VIP subscription... Good luck
