I haven't even used it yet – Pic Color Effects - Photo Splash Modifier: Black & White, Selective Grayscale plus Recolor FX Review

The app forced me to write this review before I even got to use the app, which is pretty stupid. I'm leaving it at one star unless this app shows me something worth giving five stars.
