Great in concept! – Taxbot® Review

This app is brilliant in idea only. While it is functional the problem remains with the support that tax boy offers. There isn't any. They answer quickly but with empty answers and no solutions. Instead of treating me like a paying customer I was treated like I downloaded the app for free. If you are using apple products and use safari as your browser you will be told it's too weak a browser and you must switch to other browsers that support their system. I was impressed that u didn't have to track my trips but found I have to track the time and use a new browser. No thanks. Looking for a custom fit experience that delivers a service how I want it and when I want it; not how they want me to have it. Will be cancelling after my contract is over. I only told that to them several times and no one has even tries to ask why.
