Freeze/unfreeze Card – Discover Mobile Review

Hi, the app UI is great and all but the only functionality I think needs some improvement is the Freeze/Unfreeze feature. I keep running into the issue of my card being displayed as Frozen and when I attempt to unfreeze it displays an error message. However, on desktop mode it displays as Active and not frozen but I am unable to conduct in-store purchases at this moment. This thus far has been very frustrating. Any one else experiencing something similar?
