CANNOT CREATE PROFILE AND DOGS ARE OVERPOWERED – Call of Duty: Zombies Review

I just got this game and payed 5 bucks for it thinking it's awesome. Well I wanted to do some online gaming and it said to make an account,no big deal till I go try to and it freezes the game everytime i try to create a profile please fix this and the dog are too overpowered you can't react in time to kill them and they kill you! Possibly the worst money ever spent!?
