Great game – Call of Duty: Zombies Review

Only problem i am having is trying to create a account it will not let me the game keeps freezing when I try to do and I have a 60 something gig phone and shouldn't have a problem with anything like that. So can u please fix or let me know what I can do to try and fix it. Thank you
