Just downloaded and can't play – Circle Boom2 - Wheel Puzzle Game Review

I just downloaded this app and can't play because of a bug maybe? It says LV. 6614470793 on the level thing next to play and then I get a Runtime Error message saying "too many balls, can't be bigger than 40" when I click play
