"Processing" glitch – Restaurant Story Review

I would love to give this game a higher rating but I've written to customer service three times about fixing the same issue, "Processing" pop up. It seems every time I open the app and I am going to start serving my food this "Processing" screen pops up and it never stops processing, I end up having to restart my phone every time. I wait at least one minute fir it to process but it never does. It's the most annoying part of the game! Otherwise I love playing this app and recommend it as long as the issue gets fixed.
