Maintenance/soon? – Pokenet for Pokemon Go - Radar Map, IV Calculator, Pokedex Review

I downloaded the app late last night around 11PM and it was in maintenance and said it would be done soon. I go to bed and get out of bed pretty late 11AM and the app was still in maintenance. Still said it would be done soon. Now it's almost 3:30 PM and I haven't been able to use it even once since I've downloaded it. If this kind of maintenance is a regular thing it's not worth downloading because what good is an app of you can't use it...
