Unreliable push notifications/unable to send photos through DM – Echofon Pro for Twitter Review

I really love Echofon from when I first tried the free version. However, the push notifications have never been completely reliable which is frustrating sometimes. Also, if the capability of sending a picture through DM was there, that would also be great!
