Paid version still locked – Dino Puzzle Kid Dinosaur Games Review

I purchased the Dino puzzles game for my daughter's iPad and I had to reinstall it after it crashed. Now all puzzles are locked again - very dissapointed with this. Can you unlock it again or reimburse me the money for the game? It is not fair that I paid for a game we cannot use
