Glitch? – RedStory Lil Red Riding Hood Review

I'm stuck on level 19. The first draw bridge doesn't always fall and I can't find any trigger for it. Is it a glitch in the app? It feels like it should automatically fall on its own or else there would be some way out if you missed it. Also it's very easy to accidentally do the wrong thing, such as jump instead of crouch. Other than those I find it's a very fun and addictive app with a wonderful design.
