640x640 Output?! Really? – Fotocam Bokeh Camera - Photo Effect for Instagram Review

Decent bokeh selection that you can touch-erase portions of, but you can't rotate, resize, or dim the bokeh. The killer failure is such a low output resolution 640 by 640 pixels. Deleted immediately.
