App crashed immediately and cannot delete – X Wallpaper - 4K for You Review

This app froze my iPhone 6S Plus when I first opened it and the app continually crashed. I decided to delete the app, but whenever I try to, the app icon gets grayed out but never actually disappears. Even restoring my iPhone hasn't helped. Buyer beware.
