Doesn't work – Dubme - Voice Over Videos Review

I got this app so I could put a voiceover on one of my flip a gram videos. It allowed me to do all these things and you my voiceover on the video! I thought it was going to work. Then when it was over it was just flash the first picture in the original video and continue with a black screen for the voiceover. I tried multiple times and it still continue to do this. This app is a waste of time
