It is ok BUT... – Reverse Phone Number Lookup & Free White Pages App Review

I'm comparing these kinds of Apps. This one locates the numbers but doesn't give the name of person or company ( unless I pay probably) so I may delete it. One app I have sometimes tells the name of the caller but most of the time it gives place only and often has no info at all.
