Unable to reset password – Super Evolution Review

I recently got a new phone so I'm transferring everything to it. While I was transferring this game i forgot my password so I just decided to reset it. The email came in all Chinese so I just used a translate app to know what it's saying and I say where the reset password was so I clicked it. When I clicked it, it had a notification that was in Chinese yet I couldn't copy it so I didn't know what it said. I pressed ok and it just brought me to a blank white page. I let it stay like that for 10 minutes yet there was still nothing. I feel like I lost 50 levels of hard work just like that if that was fixed I'd probably give this 10/10 PLEASE FIX THIS
