Customer service – MailShot Pro- Group Email Review

After a recent update something didn't work the way it use to, I sent an email and a request to put it back the way it was. Peter answered in a very timely fashion and although the explanation part didn't come through, for whatever reason, I continued to email and he continued to answer till it came. Not many customer services would be this persistent and thorough. Top notch !!!! Dick O An update to my previous review. After losing a feature in the last update, I contacted customer support and expressed my unhappiness with that situation. Within a few days an update to restore the feature so I could put it back the way I had it before was sent out, PROBLEM SOLVED ! Now THAT'S customer service !!!! Kudos, MailShot Pro DickO
