RADAR IS OFF! – Weather Radar - NOAA + Channel Review

It might be a nice app if it were accurate. I can walk outside and be more accurate than this! It's fairly obvious when it's storming over your head but this radar shows a storm 2-hours away that something is amiss! They keep trying to up sell me to the paid version, but why would I buy something that does not work! It seems like there would be certain liability behind knowingly producing a product where severe weather forecasts are off by hours... what if someone gets hurt thinking they have a couple hours before a storm hits because of this radar? I don't understand why these people don't fix this now when virtually every other weather app gets this right?
