Pokemon catching at its finest – PokeTracker for Pokemon GO Review

I've tried a few of the Pokemon Tracker apps. This one really stands out to me because of the ability to get a notification when you are subscribed to a specific Pokemon. Looking forward to catching my first dragonite!
