Not what the app said it was.... – Unlock Skins Guide for Slither.io Pro! Review

I have no idea why this app says it's all about the skins to Slither?!? I downloaded it and it's nothing but movies.... Where are the tips and strategies for the game? Where are all the cool skins for the snakes? Seems like a TOTAL scam to me....
