I've kept an HP12C at my desk, in my car or in my pocket since I started in the commercial real estate business 30 years ago. I still have my very first one and even bought a spare. They're an irreplaceable tool for analyzing and evaluating investments in my opinion. So it was with great pleasure that I found this App for just $5.99 that handles everything I do on my HP, with the same familiar layout and key stroke sequences - and now it's right on my iPhone. One less thing to carry. PERFECT!!
