Sirnic fan – Bad Banker Review

So far, I've loved every game from Max Gittels. This one is no exception. After being addicted to Atomas almost exclusively for over a year, and having exhausted all the levels in Heatos ages ago, I was excited to learn he had launched another game. Bad Banker is fun and surprisingly challenging. As with the other Sirnic games, instruction is minimal. It gets progressively harder; sometimes too hard. I'm hoping that eventually, some of the bugs like poor touch-recognition will be ironed out (it can take numerous attempts to move a company), and that an "undo last move" option will be added. The latter seems especially crucial while there are still so many costly errors made due to bad touch recognition (for example, you might try to move your company over 3 spaces, but it only moves over 2 spaces, and drops you onto a lawsuit or something else that costs you the game). My highest score in classic so far has been *776 (national company), but I haven't had any luck beating it without a bailout yet. And why does using a contact have to cost you so many BadBits? Those prices could stand to be lowered significantly, since they might really help extend gameplay. I don't bother to use them at all, because they're just too "expensive." *Update: Since the last update I've topped my old high score of 776. Now I'm at 2061 (empire) in classic. I'm not sure if it's because of the update, but I'm glad to see some progress. I still think we need an "undo last move" option though.
