I can't download – Maps for Minecraft PE ( Pocket Edition ) - The Best Map App! Review

I'm pretty sure the app would be great. But I don't know how to download the Maps. Because whenever I say send rate two documents or whatever it means it just doesn't do anything. And when I send it to Email and I click on the link it says Safari cannot download this application or Map. Could you please help respond whenever you can I really need help on this.
