Love it, but... – Trio Review

I love this game. So addicting, and I play it whenever I have time. But there's one thing that made me give it 4 stars. I have all the "skins" (ex. El Mexi, Bloodlover, Panda) except for Snowguy, Special Guy, and Bad Guy. As you probably know, Snowguy is the only one of those that should be available when you get 100 gems. However, I currently have 244 gems. It still won't show the skin as available. I've tried refreshing many times, shutting down my device, and many other methods.
