Wish I could give zero – Urban Outfitters Review

I love UO I absolutely hate this app. It's pointless because it doesn't work. When I go to add anything to my cart it says in red "exception adding item to cart" I've emailed several times. No fix. They just keep asking me for the same information I've already given. Frustrating is not even the begging. I would have spent a lot of money already if the app was working.
