Great idea extremely badly executed!! – Debonairs Pizza South Africa Review

..So I place my order and pay. 3 hours later I phone to see where the order is. The staff have no idea what the Debonairs app is! Phone customer care and they say we know nothing about the app only the stores know about it. I then request for my money to be returned and they say sorry we can't help I have to speak to the owner of the store. Who doesn't answer his phone. Why have an app if the staff from the top down have not been educated on it!
