I DID NOT GET THE HINTS I PAID FOR. . . – Crush Letters - Word Search Review

I like the game but I'm upset that I did not get the hints I paid for. The purchase went through and it said " purchase successful". I bought a pack of 12 and a pack of 30. Where is it?
