Horrible app – NYLottery 3D Review

Scan my lottery ticket, assumed I didn't win. However it did tell me I had collected 10 points, however I have no idea what to do with the 10 points, or what therefore. This is so typical of New York State lottery they do something either shoddy, sloppy, or unfinished. Where the hell is a help screen?
