Has anything happened about this app??! – iTranslate Voice Lite Review

This is my second review about the thieves who make this app charging one price and then taking the same service and charging a higher price, I cannot believe this app is still in the store under PRO. And NO I will not pay again for "upgrade" !! Who oversees this stuff.
