This could be more fun with a few enhancements. Yes, it is difficult to maneuver the letters. You should be able to remove them with one keystroke and shuffle at any time. The randomizing algorithm used to select the letters seems to need a bit of work. It has produced multiple letters frequently, sometimes as many as three of the same on each turn.
