Why does it need to do that? – WhenToPost: Best Times to Post Review

Before I was even able to log into the app, When to Post asks for permission to like and comment (and delete likes and comments) on my behalf. Why is that necessary? I don't feel comfortable giving some random company full range of my Instagram account. If this changes maybe I'd consider getting it again, but as of now this is not something I want to use.
