NFS most wanted stuck on loading screen – Need for Speed™ Most Wanted Review

I have never written a review like this before but after spending the morning looking for a solution, or even a similar question that was answered or addressed by Electronic Arts, and not finding one I've resorted to this. EA, inc., please offer us a solution for this problem! The game has been downloaded, deleted, and downloaded again with the same result. The iPad is not the problem here because it had plenty of room available, as well as the latest software update. What will it take to get this game past the never ending loading screen? Thanks for addressing this promptly. We look forward to playing this game.
