Simple but broken – Inkpad Notepad - Notes - To do Review

This is the simple note pad I'm looking for but it won't work. Every day it keeps popping up with an error message that I have 2 versions a do I want to keep them or replace them. I've answered every answer imaginable but it won't fix it. Bye ink pad.
